the hunt for the perfect song

I've been listening to Christmas music since Halloween ended.

My philosophy is that there is SO much Christmas music that you're allowed to listen to it ASAP to get through all of it before Christmas.

Christmas decorating, however, must wait until after Thanksgiving.

But now... I find myself choosing to listen to other music besides Christmas music. It's one of those times in my life, where I'm on the hunt for the perfect song to explain exactly how I'm feeling. But the problem is that my feelings and emotions keep changing. 

So... I find a song to explain my feelings/emotions, listen to it over and over, and then my emotions change, so I have to find a new song. So the hunt continues. I found something close... but not quite.

Side note, Christmas music is playing in the background as I type... so I feel like I at least have my music priorities straight. :) (Even though part of me would really rather be listening to music to try to find the perfect song. Any perfect songs out there? Send them my way.)
